Return & Refund Policy for Baron’s Microgreens

At Baron’s Microgreens, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, fresh products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of all of our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping, incorrect item received, or product quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear description of the issue along with photographic evidence. Please ensure that the product remains refrigerated as instructed to preserve its quality while we review your claim.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@baronsmicrogreens.org or call us at 661-724-1800 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos of the product.

  • Resolution Process: Upon reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement of the product, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the nature of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect Storage: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery. Please ensure that all products are  refrigerated as soon as it arrives to maintain its freshness.

  • Customer Preference: We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences or for minor variations in appearance, as our products are handmade and may vary slightly.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Refund Approval: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive a notification once the refund has been issued.

  • Replacement Orders: If a replacement is offered, it will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability. We will provide tracking information once the replacement has been dispatched.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipping Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the product has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the above return and refund policy applies.
